How long is the onboarding process?
Most clients are fully onboarded within 5 business days. We connect to your QuickBooks or Xero, set up your dashboard, and introduce you to your dedicated bookkeeper.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month. Annual billing gets a 15% discount, but you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
What accounting software do you support?
We integrate with QuickBooks Online and Xero. If you use something else, reach out — we're adding new integrations regularly.
Can I start with CoreOps and upgrade later?
Absolutely. Most clients start with CoreOps or FlowOps and upgrade as they grow. Upgrades activate instantly.
